Do these 4 yoga asanas daily to reduce chest fat

Yoga Asanas for Reducing Chest Fat: Due to the inactive lifestyle of today, most people are troubled by their belly fat. Apart from this, some people are troubled by arms fat, some back fat and some people are also troubled by chest fat. Fat accumulation around the chest can feel very uncomfortable. 1. Bhujangasana

  • To do this asana, lie down on your stomach on a yoga mat and place both your palms under your shoulders.
  • Now while inhaling, with the help of your palms, lift the front part of the body till the waist.
  • Move the head backwards.
  • During this, do not allow too much strain on the waist.
  • Stay in this position for 30-50 seconds, then come back to the normal position while exhaling.
  • You can repeat this yoga asana 4-5 times a day.
  • By doing Bhujangasana, the muscles of the chest, back, arms and legs become strong. It also helps in burning belly fat and chest fat.

2. Vrikshasana

  • To do Vrikshasana, first of all stand straight, after that come in the posture of Tadasana.
  • Reduce the distance between your feet. Keep your hands straight.
  • Now lift your right leg. Grab the ankle with the right hand and place the heel of the right foot on the thigh of the left foot. Press the thigh with the soles.
  • Raise your hands up and make a prayer posture.
  • During this, keep your chest, waist, back absolutely straight.
  • Create balance of body. Stay in this position for 30-50 seconds. Then go back to normal.
  • You can repeat this yoga asana 3 to 5 times.
  • By doing this yoga asana regularly, you can be effective in reducing your chest fat. Along with this, the muscles of your hands will also become strong.

3. Adho Mukha Asana

  • To do Adho Mukha Svanasana, first stand on the ground.
  • Keep your toes firmly on the ground.
  • After this, while exhaling, bring your hands towards the front, lean forward.
  • In this posture, keep your hips elevated as much as possible.
  • In this position, your body should look like an inverted V shape, in this position slowly breathe in and out.
  • After staying in this posture for some time, become normal.
  • You can do this yoga posture after 4-5.
  • By doing Adho Mukha Svanasana, the body tones. The muscles of the waist, back and legs are stretched. Its regular practice can help in burning chest fat.

4. Trikonasana

  • To do this asana, first of all stand straight, keep your hands next to the thighs.
  • During this, make a distance of 2-3 feet between your feet. Extend your hands like shoulders.
  • After that, breathe slowly. Now while exhaling, tilt the body to the left.
  • Keep your left hand on the ground. During this, do not allow your knees to bend at all.
  • Your left hand should be parallel to the left foot.
  • Breathe in and out in this state.
  • Then come back to normal after some time.
  • Repeat this yoga posture again and again. You can do this 3-5 times if you want.
